Requirements

i. BSC /HND with minimum of Second-Class Lower/ Lower Credit.

ii. Must have at least 2 years experience (in Teller/ Customer service role).

iii. Should have relationship management skills.

iv. Good communication skills

v. Good interpersonal skills

vi. Age should not be more than 28 years.

Responsibilities:

• Serves customers by completing account transactions.

• Provides account services to customers by receiving deposits and loan payments

• Cashing checks, issuing savings withdrawals

• Recording night and mail deposits, sells cashier's checks, travellers’ checks, and series e bonds.

• Facilitate the customer and perform core duties of the bank by mainly receiving and paying cash.

• Completing money transfers and opening and closing of accounts

• Record data, produce receipts and provide information on related banking products and services.

• Check on status of customer accounts and track checks and payments
