The Role

We are searching for an exceptional Chief Executive Officer (CEO) — a deposit striker, a relationship starter and keeper, a market force and visionary leader — to steer this asset management company into its next era of growth and industry dominance.

This role is not for the average executive — we're looking for a results-driven rainmaker, a charismatic deal-closer, and a strategy powerhouse who understands the pulse of Nigeria’s financial landscape.

Key Responsibilities

● Drive overall strategic vision, business expansion, and operational excellence.
● Aggressively lead capital mobilization efforts and build strong investment portfolios.
● Cultivate and manage lasting relationships with clients, stakeholders, regulators, and the financial community.
● Expand assets under management (AUM) through innovative product offerings and trusted advisory services.
● Lead organizational transformation and position the company as a leader in the Nigerian asset management space.
● Ensure strong governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management in line with SEC, CBN, and other statutory guidelines.
● Build and nurture a high-performing leadership and operational team.

Ideal Candidate Profile

● A well-rounded financial expert with a minimum of 15 years’ experience in asset/wealth management, investment banking, or financial services.
● At least 5 years in C-suite or executive leadership roles.
● Strong background in deposit generation, relationship management, and financial growth strategy.
● Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with established networks across HNIs,
institutions, regulators, and key industry players.
● Highly analytical with a strategic mindset, and a hands-on leadership style.
● A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field is required. MBA, CFA, or other relevant professional qualifications will be a distinct advantage.
