Job Summary:*

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Principal to lead our school, which follows the British curriculum and offers IGCSE. The successful candidate will have a strong background in education leadership and a passion for delivering high-quality education.

Responsibilities:*

- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the school
- Develop and implement curriculum plans and policies
- Foster a culture of academic excellence and innovation
- Manage and develop staff to achieve high performance
- Build strong relationships with parents, students, and the community

*Requirements:*

- Strong knowledge of British curriculum and IGCSE
- Proven experience in school leadership and management
- Master's degree in Education or related field (added advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and vision
