Intern, Front Office Admin

Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Intern, Front Office Admin. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in administrative support while working closely with our HR team and Management. As an intern, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team and Management, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Manage front office operations, including greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and responding to emails.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Qualification / Skills:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
